The COAG team pride ourselves in staying on a professional level in the Canadian Industry. As an affiliate to the Canadian Barista Academy, our instructors run classes for their academy to train potential baristas, business entrepreneurs and coffee connoisseurs. We are also current and active judges in regional and international barista competitions.
