Before you sign a lease or purchase your first piece of equipment, we hope that you’ll give us a day or two of your time. Opening a café or Espresso Bar can be a costly venture and we would like to put you in a position to make educated choices. It can also be a wonderful alternative to working for someone else and we would like your experience to be positive, educational and passionate.

We have designed a curriculum that will allow you to step back and take a second look at what can appear to be a “simple” business venture.

We will build on your passion, giving you a clear path and maybe even surprise you with some of “behind the scenes” exercises.

We can do this because we have been immersed in the Canadian Specialty Coffee business for decades. We have been key players in events such as the Canadian Barista Competitions. With customer base that spans from coast to coast, we travel extensively and are able to experience the “full Canadian Coffee Experience”, while working with dozens of amazing Canadian Coffee Roasters. We also travel to industry trade shows every year to learn firsthand what is new and exciting in the Coffee & Food Service Industry. Continually working on our own education is the only way we stay ahead of our competition.
