By ‘base technology‘ we mean the interplay between two technologies that, as well as providing optimum extraction, offer a high energy efficiency:

a) Dalla Corte’s multi-boiler-technology means that each brewing unit is absolutely independent in terms of fresh water supply and heat. As a result, units can be replaced independently of one another allowing the machine to continue operating without any constraints.

b) Direct Temperature Control System: a software based temperature control system (DTCS) that ensures the temperature stability of each brewing unit – accurate to 0.1 degree.

The temperature is measured through a highly precise sensor which is immersed in the water of each brewing unit. Temperature levels remain stable and are immediately adjustable thanks to the interplay between the fresh water supply and the heated coil inside each unit.

c) Energy efficiency is: the logical consequence arising from completely independent brewing units and boiler. No energy or heat whatsoever is lost through connecting pipes. Energy is only used in those areas in the machine that are in use at that precise moment.
